Jennifer provides clients with key strategic insights while helping them develop plans to execute on their visions – profitably. At Peek Advisory Group, she consults with executives and business owners to identify business gaps and opportunities to increase value and prepare them for the next stage of business evolution – from growth to varied exit strategies.
Jennifer has extensive experience in the behind-the-scenes tactics of start-up growth, acquisitions, and divestitures ranging from small companies to billion-dollar companies. She provides expertise as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), venture investor, business owner, and consultant. She is also a commercial real estate investor and has owned two companies. Jennifer currently serves as a board member of ZNRG, Inc., an advisory board member of Foundation for Domestic Violence Prevention and two privately held companies.

Lisa serves as Peek Advisory Group’s primary systems and process expert, working with clients to document, streamline and significantly improve their operations. Her practical approach successfully provides clients with usable results that increase efficiency and data insights for ongoing improvement.
Lisa brings more than twenty years of business experience to Peek Advisory Group. Her diverse background in consulting, finance, accounting, business operations, and project management is reflected in her work for our clients and projects. Her proven leadership and planning provide strategic vision across all areas of business.

Financial Reporting Manager
Lisa serves as Peek Advisory Group’s primary due diligence expert as well as providing forensic accounting acumen. She works with clients to organize, systematize and compile financial data into usable reports to enable management to make key decisions and meet compliance objectives.
With more than fifteen years of experience in SEC reporting and financial accounting, Lisa brings expertise in coordinating the accounting and reporting of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including preparation of carve-out and pro-forma financial statements. Her depth of knowledge brings additional financial reporting and analysis acumen to Peek Advisory Group.

Stacie Bohnsack, CPA
Accounting & Client Manager
Stacie works with Peek Advisory Group clients through intensive engagements to streamline and improve their accounting processes. Using her experience as an auditor and private controller, Stacie provides insights and assists in implementing key accounting operations changes for our clients.
With more than 14 years of varied accounting experience, Stacie brings a unique combination of public accounting, internal audit and small business accounting experience to Peek Advisory Group. As an auditor with a Big 4 firm, Stacie participated in all audit aspects including financial statement preparation. Through her work as internal auditor and financial analyst, she viewed the systems, processes and results of a larger private company from the inside. As a private controller, Stacie has coordinated financial statements, management and owner reporting and the creation of internal and operational controls for small to mid-size companies.

Financial Analysis Manager
Rebecca provides financial modeling and valuation expertise for Peek Advisory Group. She works with clients to develop scalable financial models to support growth strategies, valuation enhancement and funding requests. In addition, Rebecca provides valuation expertise for small to mid-size clients in the process of ownership changes including full sales, partnership investment and legacy (generational) transitions.
Rebecca has experience in both large public companies and small businesses. Her work experience includes financial statement analysis, budgeting & forecasting, project management and Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Rebecca has assisted in mergers and acquisitions of various sizes, from analysis to presentations for approval to integration. Her varied background includes some international experience, including project management of joint marketing agreements in Australia & Japan, a project with a large bank in the United Kingdom, and SOX compliance assistance in the UK. She has experience with multiple industries such as retail tax, insurance and manufacturing, as well as various departments including corporate finance, legal and human resources.

Sarah provides project oversight and strategic support for the Peek Advisory team. She works with clients to develop scalable financial models to support growth strategies, valuation enhancement and funding requests. In addition, Sarah provides valuation expertise for small to mid-size clients in the process of ownership changes including full sales, partnership investment and legacy (generational) transitions.
Sarah has almost 20 years of diverse professional experience in corporate finance, investment management, treasury operations, project management and consulting with Fortune 500 companies covering a variety of industries. She brings expertise in financial operations as well as strategic finance including financial modeling, decision support analytics and business case development. Her blend of financial, operational and strategic skills leads to new insights for our business and Peek clients.
